Megan Opp oversees the human resources function at eSolar and is responsible for developing and driving strategies around talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. With nearly 20 years in the Human Resources field, Ms. Opp has brought her talents to international corporations, such as Fidelity Investments, to start-up companies such as Homestore.com (now Move.com) where she helped build and grow the company from its IPO stage to over 3,500 employees. Most recently, Ms. Opp was a Vice President at the commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis where she managed the HR aspects of business development, transitions and M&A activities for the Global Corporate Services division. In addition, she managed the HR support for 4,000 Western division employees. Ms. Opp holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Syracuse University, New York.
